“Outstandingly helpful service today from Derek of Midlothian Taxi Cabs. He took us to the theatre. He asked if we needed a taxi to come back, and, when we said we did, he arranged it for us. The play finished 15 minutes late, but in spite of that he waited for us to come out, and took us home with no charge for waiting. Two hours later, we discovered we had lost our hotel room key. We thought we might have dropped it in Derek 's cab. We rang Midlothian Taxis. Shortly afterwards Derek called back. He had found the key, and offered to bring it to us, which he did a few minutes later, and would not accept a tip for this.. Extremely helpful!”
