“My pregnant wife was craving chicken balls so we thought we’d try a local Chinese. We were originally going to order a delivery but when we phoned we were told that it’s cash only so we got a collection instead. When we got there we found out that it was cash for collection as well. Apparently no card machine. It would’ve been nice if the lady on the phone said that it was cash only for collection also. Unfortunately we didn’t have any cash but the kind staff allowed us to do bank transfer. They have a Chinese and Thai menu. We ordered from the Chinese menu. As what often happens with takeouts we ordered too much. We got chicken balls, spring rolls (came free), ribs, honey chicken, duck noodles, chicken fried rice with curry sauce and prawn crackers (came free). For Chinese takeaway standards the food was good. I enjoyed ribs and honey chicken the most. Although you could argue the ribs were a little chewy, great flavour though. Chicken balls my wife liked but I thought they were pretty naff! Processed chicken in a ball of batter is not my thing! The chicken fried rice went down well and the curry sauce was tasty. The duck noodles were not bad. With all that food I thought it was reasonably priced. Could’ve served 4 easily. This is the best Chinese I’ve had in the area. Although I’ve not had many. We’ll maybe dine in next time.”

“Absolutely banging. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Not only is the food spot on - so flavoursome and full of veggies and meat, they’re also the loveliest business. The woman who was working last Sunday night was so kind. We stupidly thought we’d be able to get a taxi at 10pm but we couldn’t and she rang round every taxi company in the area and then offered to take us home. We were so grateful for her help and then when we got home and tried the food it was ridiculously good too. My husband is an Executive Head Chef and lived in South East Asia for years and the Thai food and Singapore noodles we had were ridiculously good. They also have a whole vegetarian section which I was really chuffed about. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re visiting the area.”
