“Unreliable! Contacted them for a quote — they asked for some more information and then disappeared. I emailed several times for an update but never received a reply. Update: Changing my previous review as the company's response is inaccurate. My email address is, and has been, completely up-to-date and functional, as evidenced by our prior email communications. I responded to your request for more information via email on September 3rd. I then followed up on September 5th requesting an update, and again on September 12th. It's quite telling that immediately after I posted my initial 1-star review, I received a quote that was significantly backdated, suggesting my email was indeed working all along. There's no reason to claim my email address isn't valid.”
