★★★★★“Was there yesterday to get a monster to last me the day then I decided to get a pack of strawberry bomboms, didn't realise till now (after I've already have had half of them, mind you it's a small pack) that they are ALMOST A MONTH OUT OF DATEEEE!!!! (it's currently the 7th of March, and these went out of date on the 13th of February!!) Sticking to only buying monsters and other drinks from now on, do not trust them with anything else!!!”
★★★★★“As a UPS Access point, surely this store should accept any UPS parcel? Not sure why my parcel was refused due to it's size? Lady behind the counter stated they dont accept any parcels bigger than shoe box size? It's being returned to warranty company so sadly I couldn't chose the courier. But won't be bringing parcels near here again!”
★★★★★“I never leave bad reviews as I want local businesses to flourish but I had very very poor customer service this morning at Bonny News. The lady at the counter said I was wasting her time when I was merely asking for some information regarding sending a ups parcel with them. ( It was my first time doing this ) She scanned my parcel, and advised I wouldn't get a receipt. I was reluctant to proceed as the contents of the parcel was relatively high ( 500£ + ) and understandably wanted some proof that it had been handed it over. She gave me back and didn't say anything else, not even a goodbye when I left. I took the parcel to another shop who politely informed me of all the steps and said that they could give me a receipt by text message, the second shop I went to tried to scan the parcel but said it had already been scanned and they said they sadly couldn't accept it. I returned to the shop ( bonny news ) and they said they couldn't take it any longer and that I should have trusted them in the first place. I'm not sure if the language barrier was partly to blame here but kindness and a general nice way about you can go a long way to giving a good customer experience, a simple please , thank you, a smile even. I received none of these gestures. I don't know how you can expect to gain or retain customers if you make customers feel like they are an inconvenience. If you provide a service like UPS , you should take pride in explaining how it works in a friendly manner so they will return and buy things. I will definitely not be back in this shop.”
