I love the model that Janice has created, intimate and friendly, not like some of the big groups. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel like part of the family. “I'm Iris, Cormac is my son (need to sort my Google) but I go to Premier Fitness and absolutely love the classes! The morning times are just perfect and fit with my working from home schedule. There are evening classes too however. I do a range of classes from Fitness to Pilates and the instructors are extremely welcoming and professional. They offer stimulating classes and provide one to one support which is so helpful, I always leave feeling I've achieved. Though I've been going for about 6 weeks I already have more flexibility, strength and stamina. I've also found it great for my well-being. I really look forward to the classes as the duration is just right between 30-45 mins depending on the class. I feel I've finally found exercise that I actually enjoy doing and I'm reaping benefits!”
