“Been a regular customer for many years. Got home to find my panini's like this. Was told I would get a refund the next day (wasn't able to return the same day). Went into the shop and they refused a refund advising I needed to return the panini's (even though they did not ask me to). I was told the staff member didn't speak good English so she wasn't able to tell me to return them the next day. Not the first time the quality has been like this. Really disappointed.”
