“I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone !! amazing service and beautiful bouncy castles! I’ve booked twice with this company for my daughter’s 2nd and 3rd birthday and each time they have not disappointed! Both last year and this year, the company delivered the castle early and picked them up the following day , instead of collecting on the day I booked for. Which meant my little girl having some extra fun play time on both her castles! Which is so lovely of them to do so. They have great communication and will call or text if they plan on collecting the following day etc. Staff are also always so so lovely and outgoing. They are always happy to help and accommodate to you ! For example, I booked for a Friday and very last minute asked to change to the Thursday fully expecting them to not be able to understandably, but no they were more than happy to do so - just amazing. Staff both over the phone and when delivering / the collecting castles could not be any nicer and understanding. Very kind! They genuinely want the best for their customers and want the kids to have the best time. If you’re looking to book a bouncy castle, honestly look no further!! “We hired a bouncy castle and kids party dj from The Bouncy Castle Man for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and had a very good experience - booking was smooth, and the bouncy castle and dj arrived in plenty of time for the party. Bouncy castle was exactly as described / pictured online and the dj - Tony - was great. Got all the children up dancing, made my daughter feel special and basically ran the party, which took the pressure off us. Knocking one star off as he gave out sweets as party prizes without checking with us first (not an issue for us as parents but would have liked to have been warned in advance so we could check other parents were ok with it from a dietary perspective). Other than that, a very good experience!”

“I had my son's 4th birthday party and organised the 3D circus castle, a ball pit and didi cars. They were all amazing and kept the kids busy. The driver was great and kept in touch, set up with no issues and was so friendly! Would recommend and il defo use again ! Thanks”
