“Was not going to leave a review but the nerve to dispute my charge back has made me I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They completely went against their own policy and then tried to claim they were giving me a 50% refund “out of goodwill,” when their own Section 1.1 clearly states that due to bad weather, you’re entitled to either a 50% refund or to rebook another day. I was cancelled on twice due to weather, so opted for 50% refund. They originally told me my refund would be processed within 5–7 working days, then changed it to a maximum of 14 days, yet it took 17 days and only came after I raised a dispute with my bank. The refund was clearly retaliatory, and even then they had the cheek to send me 3p short of what I was owed. To make matters worse, they then had the nerve to dispute the case with my bank, despite breaking their own policy in the first place. Thankfully, the bank is on my side and can see through their behaviour. Overall, this company has poor communication, doesn’t follow its own terms, and tries to twist things to suit itself. Be very cautious ordering from them.”

“A great company that takes all the stress out of party planning! You get a reminder call about a week before, to confirm all details and answer any questions. Stuart was amazing - he set everything up and advised of the best place to situate everything (bouncy castle, DJ stand). He had so much energy and kept all the little ones entertained. All he needed was some party food to keep him going and he was on full-time entertainment for the whole party. I’d definitely recommended them!”

“Absolutely outstanding company to deal with. Fantastic communication, with information and advice on how to make the most of our first Race Night prior to the event. The night was a fun filled evening of fundraising and we successfully raised a total of £2057 for our school ptp. A huge thank you to Paul for being a energetic mc and bringing the night to life. Paul was a great guy, bringing the laughs and ongoing advice and support throughout the evening. Would not hesitate to work with the company again in the future.”
