“I hate to leave bad reviews and it's something I absolutely don't have time for but feel this is necessary. Let down by this company on 2 separate occasions. First order was placed with them back in February and I collected the meals myself. When I got home I realised two of the protein pancake pots I'd bought were missing and the meals weren't what I ordered either. I wasn't too bothered about the different meals but sent a message to ask if the 2 pancake pots could just be included with the next order. As I didn't place my next order until May I felt it unfair to ask for the missing meals to be included but yet again more missing meals on my next order: Friday 17th May - placed an order for 20 meals Sunday 19th May - the driver drops off 1 bag which only includes 10 meals. Initially I thought maybe the other 10 meals would be delivered later on in the week as some meal prep companies do 2 drops, however, time passed and nothing arrived. Friday 24th May - emailed to explain the situation and received an apology explaining that I would be refunded entirely for the inconvenience. Friday 7th June - two weeks later and still no refund so I email. Again, I received an apology to say it would be chased up. Saturday 15th June - still awaiting refund Completely wasting customers time having to continually chase this up. Meals aren't even the greatest either I only repurchased because I missed the cut off for another company.”
