“Unreliable company with no customer service. They have not delivered the item in agreed time, despite having a long conversation with Fraser the Director and his re-assurance that it will be delivered in time. They have sent the order to my home address instead of the work site, and expected me to either unload it off the HGV myself (1 female at the time of delivery) or to have a forklift truck. The quality of the product is appalling as per the photos. Looks like they have never used Farrow and Ball paint before. Despite me sending a complaint email to them they have just ignored it.... Would not recommend them to anyone. In response to your comment, it's amazing how you couldn't be bothered to reply to my email since 11th of March but you've had time to respond to a google review within few hours. I suggest you check the incoming calls vs outgoing calls, as the 12 calls you have mentioned are coming from you. You have just promised to call back but never did. It was me chasing you on a daily basis, you did nothing to rectify the issue. If you dont recall advising me that I should have unload the good myself, because the pillars are so light, please check your calls or speak to Matthew, it was him giving such amazing ideas. And you have never offered to rectify the paint work, that's an absolute lie.”
