Garden room was purchased and paid for as a full turnkey delivery and installation, it has been delivered, but sitting un-built in our garden (Edited 27-07-2025) for 11 days now from 17-07-2025, and despite numerous complaints and calls Tiger / Anchor are unable to or wont provide a date for delivery of missing parts and completion of the assembly works. buyer be aware absolutely terrible customer service.to be clear not a possitive customer experience at all.”
