“I’ve been coming to this place for years. I mostly get my trousers shortened, and I’m always satisfied with the results. The gentleman who helps me is very precise and always asks when I need the item to be ready. We agree on a date, and my trousers are always finished on time. The prices may not be the lowest, but I think the quality of the work fully justifies the cost. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews on Google — my experience has been completely different. I’m always happy with the service, and I highly recommend this tailor.”

“Dodgy place, do not go here please!!! I took 2 bags with broken zips, the woman told me it will take 2 weeks as she has a lot of jobs and when I went back after 2 weeks they still weren’t ready. I waited another 2 weeks and finally they were ready, they don’t accept card payments so I had to take cash, it costed 20 pounds for the 2 in total but never given a receipt and she told me to take them home and check is they are alright. When I got home the first bag’s zip fell apart for the first time I tried and the second’s bag zip for the 3rd time of trying if it was alright. I took them back straight away and explained the woman nicely that unfortunately they still don’t work and I would like to get my money back as I just don’t want to waste more time or energy on these bags and that’s when she turned a screaming monster, she accused me of lying and that I broke them on purpose, which is ridiculous as I waited such a long time to get them back and I happily paid for them thinking they were fixed. My partner and I did not want to throw these away as especially one of them was a quite expensive Zara bag bought only a few months ago. She was shouting, she was disrespectful and definitely the one who was lying as she did basically nothing with them and you can see on the photos even a 5 year old could do the ‘job’ she’s done. I got my money back after saying I was gonna call the police for assaulting. She came after me on the street to shout after me. This place should be shut down permanently and never let this happen to any paying customer!!!”
