“Barred for not paying a bill that was never sent. Paid them and sent them screenshot of all the mail around the sale time and after showing no invoice from them, they refused to reply. No reminders from them despite the claim by the badgering, rude woman at the other end that they had. Claimed they had phoned me too but no calls from them on my phone register then claimed that it was the salesroom.com that issued the bill. The Saleroom.com emphatically told me it wasn't and that the auction house issues the bills so they lied about that too. Saleroom.com removed the bar they placed on me and reprimanded them for the false information before the aforementioned vindictive accounts woman put a personal bar on me that she didn't have to justify .”

“I saw there were four Leach ‘Z’bowls for sale at a recent auction. They were described in the condition report as being in good condition. I reviewed the photographs and bought them on what I saw. I paid for shipping (very reasonable) and paid the invoice on Tuesday (2/07/2025). They arrived today (3/07/2025). The bowls are wonderful, they were packed superbly and I couldn’t be happier.
