Peter is exceptionally helpful and was happy to spend time discussing what we wanted and to give us the benefit of his advice and long experience. He is professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. We had a small problem with one of the blinds (manufacturing issue from his suppliers) and he was determined to solve it and to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were very impressed by this excellent customer service and by the final result. Peter arrived punctually and kept us apprised of the progress of our order. “The service provided was fantastic they came out initially to measure up and then suggested that I got some panels put up to help support the blinds which I got done and they came back out and remeasured them to make sure all was correct. They phoned to state that the blinds were in now and were able to come out and fit them two days later. They came when they said they would and have done a fantastic job. Thank you.”

“I had an appointment with Pheonix Blinds 1 week ago. The sales person arrived over 15mins late. Totally fine these things happen but not even an apology whe he arrived. Spent most of the appointment looking for a reason as to why their blinds wouldn’t work for me. Turns out they would so at the end of the appointment he just chucked a price at me. No info on the benifits of using Pheonix or exactly what I’d be getting other than its black out blinds. There was no written quote and I had to ask for the quote to be sent by email, he said that’s fine but 1 week on has not sent nothing. Been in sales all my days and can honestly say there’s not a chance I’d be using this company.”
