“Following an accident my insurance company arranged repairs at L&I Eaton. I handed my car over to them, and was provided with a Hyundai I20 courtesy car. I was given an estimated date for completion of the work, and I was updated regularly on the progress of the work. I received a call after 8 days informing me that my car was ready, I was offered the option of them delivering my car to me or collecting it myself. I chose to pick it up, on arriving, the courtesy car was inspected, and I was given my car keys. The standard of the work was first class, my car was valeted by them and was ready to go. This was an easy process from start to finish, their premises were very clean and tidy, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing bodywork repairs carried out.”

“I had an incident and from reporting to my Insurance to L&I Eaton collecting my car and doing the repairs was a total of 13 days. When the courtesy car was dropped off the driver said possibly 10 days till I would get mine returned. I got a phone call later that day and was told possibly 14 days. It was exactly 10 days from picking it up to it being returned. The Company is Ace. Every person I spoke to was professional polite and understanding. If you need work done to your car dont drive past this one.”
