“Having worked alongside Hannah for a year or so before stepping away from coaching myself, I knew that if I was going to return to a gym/programme again that I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hannah and Lauren are brilliant coaches and what they’ve created with Buildbox is amazing. The Build Program is fun and varied but still structured in a way that you are guaranteed to see progress if you are consistent. The Small Group PT sessions work really well, as you can work through the program alongside other people, but you’ll still get all the attention and support you need. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there is something in the programs for everyone. The gym itself is spotless and well equipped so perfect for cracking on with your own thing in an Open Gym session too. Can’t fault the gym, the coaches or the programs.
