“Shop offers to be a "pick-up point" for DPD parcel, but refuses to do so. Driver tried to deliver my parcel 3 times, and it was rejected by the shop because of "size of a parcel". I know the exact dimensions of this box and I'm sure that shop has plenty of space to hold it for me for max 1hour. If you aren't able to hold some parcels-just stop call yourselves a "pick up point". Just try to respect time and effort of delivery drivers.”
