“I WAS CHEATED BY THE GUY WHO WAS WORKING TODAY, MAY 9, 2025! It was the first time I sent money through Ria through this store because today the store I use was closed and so I looked for this VITAL HOME ESSENTIALS Store. When I got there, I gave my passport to the guy and then handed him £800, £600 in £20 notes and 4 £50 notes and I turned my back to him to put my passport and wallet in my backpack and when he finished counting he said he didn't have £800 and that I only gave him 3 £50 notes... But I know I had £800 because I counted three times before leaving the house and I know there were four £50 notes. He took advantage of my moment of distraction. DO NOT SEND MONEY FROM THIS PLACE.”

“Had to go here because they have a printer and print shops are closed in lockdown. They tried to tell me they had printed everything from my thumb drive and they hadn’t. I politely told them they missed two documents, they again said they printed everything and clearly wanted to be done dealing with me. I had to make them put the thumb drive back in and show them what they missed. Three people working behind the counter, two had masks beneath their nose and another was completely maskless. This made the entire time spent in their store uncomfortable.”
