“I just realized after using this garage for a few years that I’ve never written a review. My brother in law and I have been coming here for at least five years. I’ve tried many garages before, and I can honestly say this is one of the best in Edinburgh in terms of price and quality. The area is pretty busy, so if you don’t have an appointment, it can be hard to find parking. Other than that, I have zero complaints. I read someone saying that Magic Autos invents problems to charge more, but my experience has been the complete opposite. If something isn’t needed, they’ll tell you. Many times, I’ve asked them to replace something I thought was broken, and their response was, “You don’t need it, don’t be silly, save your money.” That’s the opposite of what I experienced at other garages. It’s a very busy place because they have a lot of loyal customers and that says a lot about their quality. Highly recommended, no question about it.”

“I got an appointment for 10am 4th September. Arrived at said time. I Saw a man at the entrance and said i have an appointment for 10am. He said drive inside. The rude and arrogant manner the said magic autos owner spoke to me that this is not that man's garage, i dont care if your appointment is at 10, go keep your car anywhere outside. I realised I could not deal with an aggressive, rude and disrepectful individual like that. So I drove my car 38 minutes back home. So basically wasted 1hour plus for me and my wife, who was supposed to drive me back once the car is dropped off. I can't comment on the job as I never got it done, but customer relationship for me is non-existent.”
