“If I could I would give this branch a 0 star rating. Worst customer service from start to finish. My mum ordered composite decking back in August to have decking done in her garden before the summer was over. She decided to extend the decking so ordered more decking which then resulted in them deciding to postpone the whole delivery for a further two weeks and only communicated this through leaving a voicemail the night before the delivery was set to take place. This then resulted in my mum having to postpone the guys that were all set to assemble the decking for her too. (Inconvenience and unnecessary stress). When the boards and decking did eventually get delivered two weeks later it was curb side delivery of 18 pallets of decking which they don’t tell you as a female that lives on her own you can imagine that was impossible to get around to the garden. Ridiculous! Was told in the store it wouldn’t be a problem ha! Literally not for them as they just dumped it and left. It turned out she needed more boards again and she asked if she could get them as a good will gesture due to the complete run around and stress. The boards were suppose to be delivered today and of course they haven’t! No email, phone call text message or nothing to tell us this was going to be the case. Now, they are saying the extra boards won’t arrive until the 5th of November!! November!! The decking was suppose to become completed before the summer was over. More than a month to receive 3 boards to finish the job off. Phoned this morning to be told they had tried to phone and left voicemail on the 17th of September which they hadn’t to say they had told us about the change. Untrustworthy company and totally incompetent. Would avoid at all costs! Spent a lot of money here to receive this type of customer service beyond shocking and appalling.”
