“Chris and Joe gave excellent customer service on my visits to the store. They are friendly, knowledgeable and experts in audiovisual content. I described roughly what I was looking for on first visit and eventually picked up on two systems. I booked demo room for next day. Upon arrival tea and coffee were laid out, one of my sons accompanied me and we went into room. What an amazing experience we listened to rock music then classical and the sound quality was superb. We were in demo room switching systems and having a great time. We stayed for nearly three hours. Any questions were answered and their professionalism shone throughout. I picked a system which was tailored to my needs. The store is of a very high quality standard and these guys really go the extra mile mile. I will go back any time in future for upgrades etc.”

“Incredible place! I sought out some turntable expertise after my dodgy DIY-ed shelves smashed up my Dad's old Lynn Axis turntable. I'm very attached to the turntable and feared the worst, but Iain and the team were determined to save it! Iain went above and beyond to find some new parts, to do some intricate repair work, and to get it back up and running even better than before (at a total cost of less than £100!). I really felt like he was invested in giving the turntable a second life - it was a real Repair Shop experience!
