“I love all the Majestic stores, but a special mention to the Leith store. The same great value, easy delivery service and mesmerising choice - with samples, you get in any of their branches. But during a chat about non-alcoholic beers and wines, I mentioned I’d bought a non alcoholic wine from an alternative branch that was less than lovely. James in Leith apologised on behalf of the other store, gave a refund (without me asking for one) and suggested alternatives and good delivery options. Great customer service. 👏👏👏🍾”
