“Stellar Therapies is a hidden gem in the heart of Leith 🤍 I received the best massage from Ari and also attended the most relaxing yoga nidra session. The studio caught my eye from the street and I walked into a beautifully warm and welcoming atmosphere, particularly cosy at this time of year (winter!) and it smells amazing! My massage with Ari worked wonders on my shoulders, they were feeling tired after some aggressive gardening jobs at work. Ari focused on those knots without me needing to ask, she has a sixth sense for what the body needs. The massage bed was surprisingly heated and very comfortable to lie on. The room was really cool, the ambience lighting made me feel like a magical mermaid under the sea. The added extras made this treatment far superior to any other massage I've received! My feet were cleaned with a warm towel, there is a sensory aspect in terms of the essential oils used, I won't give away the rest - you have to discover for yourself 😊 The yoga nidra session was dreamy. This studio has underfloor heating which takes your relaxation & meditation to the next level. Ari has a way of helping your body fully settle and relax into the space. I left feeling grounded, rested and very much looked after. Highly recommended and I will 100% be back. Thank you!”
