“I found John after moving into my flat and finding water damage unexpectedly. I was really nervous and so overwhelmed about how to handle it and John worked with me over a 3-month period to investigate and finally fully repair the issue. He was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in his work. I asked a lot of questions and he gave me a lot of advice. After initially uncovering the wet wall beneath the plaster, John waited to hear back from me for weeks while I tracked down the source (faulty seal in upstairs shower), arranged a temporary fix with my neighbor, waited for it to dry, and waited for the shower to be repaired. Once all of this was complete John booked me right in to finish the plaster job. We are so happy to have walls again!! Additionally, John took care of our flat well— covering work areas and cleaning afterwards— but also being extremely considerate of our very pesky cat who simply could not stop trying to enter the work area or escape the flat in general.
