“I went to Full Moon Holistic Therapies to have a reflexology treatment and a sound bath. I never get my feet out but the lovely therapist Emma made me fell safe and calm. It was a lovely relaxing experience and my feet have never felt so good. I could feel my body relax when she massaged certain parts of my feet and it felt amazing. I also had a sound bath which I had no clue about before hand but it was a brilliant experience and I will definitely do it again. I woke myself up twice snoring. The sounds just wash over your entire body and you can feel yourself vibrate and totally relax. Totally 100% recommend Emma she’s amazing at what she does.”
