“Don't usually like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately was strung along by Rob regarding a repair to my car that we'd discussed on the phone a few times. Initially he seemed superb in line with the reviews and even said they'd pick up the car which was undrivable. However this never occurred and eventually my communications both email and telephones were just ignored and I just gave up in the end after being strung along for long enough. He obviously didn't fancy the job or couldn't be bothered picking up the car which is fine but he'd said that they could do that. Very disappointing really”

“I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had trying to get a simple diagnostic at RDM Motorsport. It took weeks just to secure an appointment. I was repeatedly told to “call back Monday,” and when I finally got booked in for a Friday, the appointment was cancelled the night before. We eventually arranged another date. When I called the day before to confirm, Rob’s response was essentially “so you’re coming for me to tell you your diff is ruined,” even though I’d already explained that I didn’t believe the diff was the issue and wanted a proper diagnosis. He then gave me a postcode but no clear directions. When I called again just to confirm the location in Linlithgow, he corrected the way I said it in a condescending tone and then hung up. On the day, the postcode led to a farm road and there was no sign of a garage. After the previous interaction, it honestly felt like he had no interest in seeing the car or helping. For a business called RDM Motorsport, the experience felt more like “Really Doesn’t Manage.” Weeks of chasing, a cancelled booking, poor communication, and directions that lead to a farm road. Completely wasted time.”

“I took my E36 M3 to RDM to have the clutch and flywheel replaced, Rob clearly has an unbelievable knowledge of all things BMW M related and is more than happy to talk you through the process of what is being done. He had great communication throughout and sent photos of the work as it was being completed in the garage which is a nice touch. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car with him and will be booking in with him in the future for more work to be carried out 5/5.”
