“Used this company for my wedding day. Sad to say I won’t be using again. Ordered a car for my dad and I then an additional 3, 8 seater cars to transport guests to the ceremony. When the time came to leave, only 2 of the 8 seater cars turned up. I was told by one of the drivers that I had only booked 2. Luckily I had all correspondence to prove I had in fact ordered 3. No one could get in touch with the owner and we were told nothing we can do about it. 7 of my guests had no transport. I had to contact the Groom and organise for my guests to be taken with him and his family. This isn’t the kind of stress a bride needs when she is ready to leave for her wedding, sitting all dressed and ready to go, in tears, stressing about how her other guests are going to get there. After the wedding I had to be the one to reach out and explain my disappointment. I was left again, disappointed, as I’d expect after such a huge mess up on someone’s big day, that there would’ve been some kind of contact made by the owner with an apology. Save yourselves the stress and choose another supplier for your wedding transport.”
