“Overall, the legal work was handled competently and the eventual outcome was satisfactory. The team seems knowledgeable and they achieved the desired result, which is the most important thing. However, I have to agree with other reviewers that communication is a significant issue and is consistently poor. It was incredibly frustrating that I constantly had to chase them for updates via email. There was very little, if any, proactive communication or initiative from their side. If I didn't send a follow-up email, days or sometimes weeks would pass without hearing anything. While the service itself was fine, the lack of effort in keeping the client informed truly detracts from the overall experience and adds unnecessary stress. They need to drastically improve their client communication protocols.”
