She's not just an estate agent who wants to sell you a house, she really cares about doing an amazing job and finding the house thats right for you and your needs. She was a really lovely, polite person and it never felt like she was trying to push us into buying a house that wasn't for us. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and took a massive amount of stress away. She was always available to help with any questions and helped chase solicitors when it came down to the wire. I would definitely use Sinead again. She donates £50 from every house sale to Steps to Hope which is a local charity. When we got the keys for our property she gave us a welcome pack, complete with keyrings, candles and vouchers for furniture and anything else you might need. “This was the second time we have used Sinead to sell our house and once again the service was excellent. We weren’t too sure about putting the house up for sale in November but Sinead clearly explained the benefits and possible disadvantages. Sinead was sure our house would sell and we fully trusted her advice. One week later our house was sold with three offers on the table.
