“Part of a family group of 10 (4 under 4yrs old) came to sit outside a pub in boat of garten for a couple of drinks as it was a lovely sunny day. Without warning this city circle tour bus drives into the open patio area where we were sat, forcing us to move our 2 year old quickly off the chair as the bus swings into park. When we confronted the driver he was aggressive and said we should have moved (presumably in front of his bus as he parked because that's the only way we could go). Clearly not a space for coaches to park given the outdoor seating set up by the hotel. The driver should be severely disciplined!”
