“I purchased one of these Haggis for Burns Night. We had a few friends round and I have to say the Haggis was terrible, absolutely not the quality we expected from Macsween. We have always bought the products over the years and were very disappointed. I sent in an email and never heard a thing, so I called up and the lady said the gentleman who answers the emails would be in touch that afternoon - and nothing. Dreadful customer service and will certainly not be buying any of these products again.”
