“Old 43kW charger delivered only 10.5 & did not work with the app so had to phone up to start/stop charge. Watch out for 30 minute max time or you'll get hit with a £30 charge by Edinburgh Council. Charged £41.92 for 33kW. Not worth it for 13 miles charge per 30 mins. Place was a dump, litter everywhere. Disgraceful. So much for the incentive to go electric. Would give 0 star rating if possible.”

“CCS stopped after charging about ~10% which was highly inconvenient. The screen is not working so it is very difficult to operate in the first place. Not a great first experience with Chargeplace Scotland! :(”

“It used to be busy and difficult to get in for a charge. The last few times I haven't had any issue getting on, but then it used to be free to charge and now it's 55p per Kw. I don't think I've every seen this one out of order. Good option, just a bit more expensive now.”
