“Every year I go to the card factory to get cards in the Christmas sale! Last year was the same at the straiton store! They remove all their cards and only put out to my two mums, to my two dads, to my sister and sister in law, to my mum, no mum and dad or brother and sister in law nothing, no friends or to you both, it’s an absolute joke because on Christmas Eve there were hundreds! Yet they have them all out in Cameron toll, friends, mum and dad, brother and sister in law all of them!! Only they are closed with a technical fault!! Straiton removes them, WHY? Not happy at all it’s a joke!!”

“Staff unhelpful and sighing while I am asking questions. People come here to buy things for important moments of their lives like a gender reveal party - I asked if they had anything related and the lady without any mood to talk to me said, we have a balloon then she checked and there was not any stock. Then I said, do you have blue and pink balloons, do you have poppers, of course they had. Overall we found what we needed but, it was not a great experience. Let alone I had to wait 20 mins for my balloons to get filled with Helium.”
