“Didn't trim his paw pads, was still wet when he came out and it's now the second time they have tried to keep a deposit! First time with the deposit I had to cancel due to my dogs health, they tried to keep the deposit for (next time) not knowing if my boy would even have a next time. This time I paid my deposit and when he was finished they tried to charge me full price, I then had to challenge them over price at which point they were like "oh sorry about that, how about we keep the deposit for next time" how about no because there won't be a next time. Always getting left short with something when I go here, like when I used to pay extra for their pamper package which had the doggie Bandana, literally never once got it and they always seem to miss something.”

“Been going there for years. Staff are really nice and give good customer service especially the man with the dark hair and beard, my dog is an older rescue and he gave me some good advice when we first took him in as my dog was quite stressed out between the vets and upheaval. He's always happy to go in and see them to get a bath and made "handsome"!”

“Went into the groom room today and the mannerism and attitude of the staff was absolutely shocking. No interest in the my request as to get my puppy washed and groomed. I asked why they couldn't do my puppy's groom she replied were just not doing it just now. I said you have dog's getting washed just now. . She gave the same reply we are not doing them just now. Unbelievable attitude for a so called business. No wonder its ratings are low. This was my first and last visit to the groom room.”
