“Cheap price means cheap service… website claims they will refund you for any unused boxes or if you’ve paid for more weeks than you end up needing but they do not. Every time I rang up to enquire they would tell me to put it in an email, it’s been two months since I emailed but still no response. Only giving two stars as the guy who picked up my stuff was friendly and none of my belongings were damaged”
