“I tried Luvley hair last week and i wanted to wait a week to see how my hair would look after I styled/washed it myself. I'm still just as happy as the day I walked out. Gemma was really great. She spoke with me before about my current hair routine, she was honest as she was working about what she would be doing etc. I received great after care advise and you get a small welcome pack which I thought was so lovely. “I love coming here. It's always a great experience. The venue itself is well designed and always wowed by the flower display in the windows. The staff are all super friendly. I get my hair done by Lucy, who is amazing. She's always listening to my hair goals and plans and offers great advice on how to achieve it. The products used always leave my hair feeling incredible, so much so that I've purchased some for home use. The online system booking is very convenient and allows me to change appointments if needed - as a HoH person, this is great in terms of accessibility. There is parking to the rear of the building, which is very handy, the first hour is free and then it's £1 for another hour. They also have loyalty schemes and after so many visits you get % off, which is an added bonus. Also lovely coffee!”
