“Run by a welcoming and friendly instructor, these excellent Mat Pilates sessions have been such a positive and pleasurable experience. This was my first time trying Pilates, but Maija is really supportive and encouraging. The sessions are well-paced and provide a really good full-body workout. I’ve found them interesting and varied, with new exercises, modifications and progressions introduced each time, all focused on building core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Sessions are held in a comfortable studio space, with mats and any other accessories used are also provided. Could not recommend more highly.”
