“I used Halcyon this year to replace a sagging ceiling and reinstate cornicing following water ingress damage and the company were brilliant throughout. A range of options were given with regards to options for repair and cornice options. Once the work started we ran into some structural problems with the ceiling beams that meant work had to be paused until this was corrected through a timber specialist. Halcyon were understanding throughout and the communication from the office was great. Once structural issues were resolved, Halcyon returned to finish the job and the ceiling was promptly finished. The finished product looks great and the flat was left in a really tidy manner. One of the best, if not the best, experience I have had with a contractor. Would highly recommend.”
