Locked out of and lost key for a Mercedes EClass, called him in the morning, although he did have a full book of jobs for the day, he came round after all of them to see me alright. Clearly very talented at what he does, a new key and my car ready to go in around 30 minutes. The cost was more than fair, still cheaper than it would have been for the parking ticket and potential council tow away. Thank-you so very much again, truly awesome service.
