“Project Bliss is a completely unique movement and yoga experience that fills a much needed space in Edinburgh's wellness scene. The experience is magical from start to finish. When you arrive at Summerhall, the friendly and welcoming staff will make you feel right at home and answer any questions you have. The experience is a judgement free zone where you can feel comfortable whether you're a beginner or you're experienced with dance and movement. They guide you so you can feel fully free but you also never feel awkward about what to do next. Everyone who participates is really kind, friendly and respectful. Afterward, you can join up in the Summerhall Cafe for a discounted snack and a bit of community. Its a lovely vibe and that's what keeps me going back over and over again.”
