“I would 100% recommend contacting these guys if you are looking to have a staircase renovation, they do a really great job, from the whole quoting process through to the finished product and the way they carry out the work. Just before Xmas 2025 they transformed my pretty modest wee Lawrence – semi hall by replacing the tired looking 1960s wooden spindle banister with a very stylish oak and glass one which did exactly what I wanted in letting in more light to what is potentially quite a dark space. Why would I recommend them? Getting a quote was quick (and the agreed amount pretty reasonable and fixed before actual installation), and no hard sell on their part once you contacted them. The finished staircase looks great, and is low maintenance and high quality. There were some tricky wee joinery bits to do to fit it in and the quality of workmanship involved in doing so is really impressive. They also opened up access to much needed storage space below the stairs which I hadn’t thought of. I guess if you end up with the finished product you want, it doesn’t really matter how you got on with the guys while they were doing it. But it has to be said the team were great. Kept disruption and mess to a minimum, kept me informed as they went along of and asked my opinion whenever there was a choice involved. Also, relentlessly cheery - we had a good laugh at times. So, this family business does what it says on the tin, a great professional job (and with a smile) so no hesitation in a five star review.”
