“Never again, went in for a hot towel shave, guy starts lathering my face ( not a hot towel in sight) and then tells me my 2 day growth isn't long enough for a hot towel shave. He continued to shave me, face felt smooth right after the shave but now feels very bristle, went back to see them and they gave me a refund, they guy that done my shave was getting argumentative and the young guy in the shop had to put his arm across him to stop him moving towards me saying to his colleague to leave it, tje only close shave had was getting out of there smartish. Avoid like the plague 🤬🤬”
