“I cannot recommend this enough, our dog has separation anxiety, is a calm but easily hyper stress out dog. We booked holiday and our dog needed to stay in a safe environment. Firstly it was not easy to get our dog in, he refused to listen and needed a lot of pushing for staying couple hours. We build it up, bit by bit and we were very close to say, he cannot make it and can't stay, whilst we on holiday. We still tried slowly as we noticed a positive change in our dog, he listen more whilst home. He didn't storm visitors over, he was a lot more calmer. Helen always took few minutes to talk to us. We managed to go on holiday and our dog is still going on regular basic to Woodside. I am so happy to have a place my dog loves to go now and he is less stressed, more calm, listen, he also does not pull anymore on the leash. He is full of joy when saying you seeing your friends. He knows we're he is going and enjoys it every time. I am so thankful for the slow transition and all went well. Especially the contract with other dogs the socialising, does our dog good. Really a good place....”

“Staff were really friendly, appeared very knowledgeable especially about my large dogs kind of breed. He stayed for a full week, he was very happy when we went to collect him and the staff were very happy and friendly passing information over and telling me how he was. The next day he was extremely excited to get back in the car so was obviously not worried about going back! We will be using the boarding again”
