Taking complaints further with local council. 85year old father in law was treated like dirt myself and my wife was given nothing but attitude Please avoid at all cost, honestly can't put into words how stinking John's attitude was..he really must hate his job to be talking to clients the way he is. Left a job half finished, he almost walked away because we gave him attitude back and was willing to leave an 85 year old without flooring.”
