“We visited twice today with loads of questions. Our first visit Aida welcomed us and was not pushy in the slightest. She let us browse and made herself available for any questions. After finding the Amalfi we asked Aida questions and she was super helpful in imagining the size in our space. We went to look at other places but nothing compared to the service. We went back. Aida was busy on our second visit but Harrison was amazing. He moved the sofa so we could imagine the space even further as we have a living room / diner so sizes are quite specific. Harrison gave his honest opinion and showed us the same Amalfi design but one that much better suited our ideas and space. We will be buying from this store and are really appreciative of both Harrison and Aida.”

“Do not purchase from Sofology. We purchased a sofa in September with a confirmed delivery date of 3rd December. After two weeks of chasing and dealing with extremely poor customer service, we were eventually told that the manufacturer had run out of material. Why this wasn’t disclosed back in September is beyond me. Since then, the delivery date has been pushed back repeatedly — first to the beginning of January, then the end of January, and now we’ve been told they don’t even know where the sofa is. To make matters worse, we’ve also been told no refund will be given. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. A complete lack of transparency, broken promises, and zero accountability. I am now reporting Sofology to the ombudsman, as this company clearly needs to be investigated. Save yourself the stress and disappointment — do not buy from Sofology”
