After an initial consultation, she really took the time to get to know my family & what our interests were so she could make sure the rooms reflected our personalities. Communication was really easy - Renee sent us through proposals for each room and gave us time to consider them, while also encouraging us to make decisions to keep momentum going. With two young children we were looking for someone to project manage the renovations and Renee was fabulous - liaising with tradespeople & ensuring we were updated on progress. We also asked Renee for help with specific stand alone pieces of work - she helped us to choose paint colours for all rooms in our house & some additional lighting & soft furnishings. “I never really knew that I needed to use an interior designer until I was met with a very modern apartment with a very blank canvas.....I'd been used to converting old style properties with a modern twist but this was way out of the box and I just didn't know how to approach it! I had a rough idea of how I wanted it to look and provided Renee with a Pinterest Board of ideas. She literally brought the ideas to life with amazing tweaks/adjustments & suggestions that made all the difference. The time she poured into the research and pulling ideas together was mind blowing and her way of working made it super easy to make decisions. Her attention to detail is second to none, I mean within the millimetre in terms of the right positioning of furniture, mirrors, paintings, photos and with my slightly OCD tendencies this was perfect! The result? An incredibly super sleek modern looking apartment with a warm, comfortable look that fits the property perfectly and finally does it justice. It's also the little touches she came up with that really made all the difference. I could not recommend Renee enough.
