“Visited this Ladbrokes on the night of the 12th of November 2025. Absolutely appalling attitude from the staff member with the pony tail(sorry i didnt get his name). Insulted me with the most egregious bad language within a few minutes of being in the shop because I put pound coins into the terminal which he would have to count. I initially thought he was joking, however, he then demanded I leave the premises a full 25 minutes prior to closing time as he thought it was appalling he had to count this. He continued to throw profanities towards me. I went to the desk with a receipt for £90. He then childishly proceeded to pay the receipt with £60 in pound coins dumping them onto the desk. I left utterly stunned that a paid employee can be so hostile towards a member of the public when it seemed his only issue is doing the minium requirements of his paid employment. I sincerely hope this matter is investigated by his Manager. UPDATE** I did pursue this with Ladbrokes Customer Services. Basically I have been fobbed off that it will be dealt with internally and I won't hear anything else. No apology or redress offered only a derogatory message regarding good luck with future betting. The moral of the story is their staff can be as hostile as they want. Don't expect any accountability all they care about is you return to lose. I for one will not be using them again.”
