Jonny had checked all the technical specifications before arriving on site and Scott checked over everything very methodically (in pouring rain I might add). They were able to assure me that the roof was built to the regulations and only needed a bit of finishing to the lead flashing which Scott did on the spot. How I wish we had known about 7plus7 Construction when we were looking for a builder to do the extension.
