★★★★★“I had a very positive experience using this dealership. My car went in for an MOT and service. This was completed in time. Due to some local roadworks The pavement had been lifted and was blocked. I had planned to walk home, but this was going to prove impossible with no pavement. Bus was the only other option, but the bus stop opposite the dealership had been closed with two lorries, Probably due to the roadworks. Lewis made time in his schedule and drove me home. I was told my car it would be ready by 4 o’clock, this was going to prove a bit difficult for me as it’s getting dark by that time. the timeline with buses just wasn’t working. I think there are only two buses per hour that go through Wallyford from Tranent. So Lewis offered to drop my car off at the house. I was more than delighted with this. The next day when I went to drive my car, I have to say it went like a wee bomb. Wow I could tell that the filters had been changed. Highly impressed, thank you to all the staff.”

Not only engine coolant, wiper liquid, anti-brake fluid have not been fully filled, you can see marks around the car and internally. Recently, the car has a fuel injector/fuel pump & CV joint related issues. It is concerning that there are so many issues with an approved used car bought from an approved supplier. Tried to phone Scott multiple times and promised a call back but never heard back”
★★★★★“I purchased a nearly new vehicle from this dealership in September 2024. Unfortunately, the car developed several issues shortly after purchase, including brake noise and a persistent knocking sensation under braking. While the vehicle was returned to the dealership multiple times and work was carried out, the problems were not fully resolved during my ownership. I also found communication during this period difficult and at times felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, which added considerable stress — particularly as I was dealing with a family medical situation requiring frequent long journeys. The vehicle was eventually repaired satisfactorily by an independent garage, but by that stage I had lost confidence in it and chose to trade it in elsewhere at significant financial loss. I appreciate that faults can occur with any vehicle; however, I believe customer support and communication during after-sales issues are extremely important. My experience in this regard was disappointing, and I hope feedback like this helps improve future customer care.”
