“Have not been back after I had a service done on my car last year and the guy left the cap off. Our trip to an 3 hour away event was ruined. This resulted in a fault light come on, after opening the bonnet to discover oil absolutely everywhere had been pouring out. I had to leave my car at the side of the road, it was burning hot and steaming up my windscreen. Had little children with me we had to walk to the event and missed half of it. Had to buy cloths etc to soak up all the oil before heading home. This was an absolute nightmare. After contacting him he agreed to remedy this. But I was really disappointed in the service of that. Hours after I dropped it in he said he hadn’t even looked at it yet, he said it would be ready at end of day, I wasn’t happy about this as I needed the car and this was such an inconvenience having to come back in, he then phones me 15 minutes later and says that my car is ready, sure 👍 Well under a year and my engine oil light has been coming on. What a waste of £200 +”
